Your credentials are awesome, and I completely agree with your take on Leslie. He's knows the power of twitter and he promised a figure he most likely has. If he would have promised something like a gajillion dollars no one would have taken him seriously. 1 million? He better get his signing pen ready. http://deadcomet.com

Re: We need a Marketing Assistant

Update: We hired a marketing assistant. Her name is Jessica Smith. We will post her bio in a few weeks. We found her through LinkedIn. So excited.

Re: Bishop Long’s Sex Assault Lawsuit: will he lose?

New Update: The parties have settled the lawsuit out of court. The parties are not discussing the terms of the settlement agreement. CBS News is reporting that "Long paid off the four young men who accused him of using his power to influence them into sexual relationships with him". http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-50...

Bishop Long did not discuss the case or the settlement agreement during Sunday's sermon. http://www.christianpost.com/n...

And the plaintiffs' attorney has said "I will not discuss the settlement now or in the future". Several people have speculated about this settlement will impact the church. We know that Reverend King, the daughter of Martin Luther King is leaving the church. http://www.clarionledger.com/a...|topnews|text|Home

Re: Bishop Long’s sex case in mediation

UPDATE: The judge in this Long suit told the media that the parties are very close to settling the claims, after several marathon mediation sessions. What should i do as don want to be involved because of the tax nightmare he is creating, and i would like to get my loan paid off quicker then the minimum payments. trucks were to be used as collateral for loans(agreement throug lawyer) but they arent worth loan payoff. Can i hold him personaly responsible since he is using business accoun for personal use.?

Re: How to collect a judgment in Pennsylvania

At final you observe when once the final judgement and costs of collecting the judgement are paid, you will need to file a Satisfaction of Judgement with the court so that the judgement is no longer officially outstanding.

Re: Event: Free Business Advice and Counseling

Good to see your profile and its good to know about your counselling services.I am a legal adviser and had adviced many peoples in legal matters and other legal anomalies.Am trying to focus on of your some point points which i get valuable.Thanks.

Re: How to collect a judgment in Pennsylvania

No problem. I would also note that Mr. David Grasso is a highly sophisticated businessman who clearly knew what he was doing and the risks involved. I doubt the Smith’s convinced him to do anything. I have heard that he courted them for months, desperately wanting to produce the project and become a “player” in Hollywood. In addition he has an insidious reputation in his day job as a real estate developer. He is currently in foreclosure by Citibank on his latest development in NYC “245 10th Ave” and other projects are under investigation.

Re: Why do we need a conflict of interest policy?

In my career as a business lawyer in a Canadian law firm (Ottawa, Ontario), charitable organizations are seldom scrutinized by others due to the nature of the organization, but others think that some of these institutions are just a ploy of formal business organizations to evade paying taxes to the government. I hope that an injury lawyer (Ottawa) in our law firm who works for this so-called charitable organizations would discover and solve this scenario.
Re: Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law

i think most of people visit and stay in this site!

Re: Why do we need a conflict of interest policy?

It is really important for a business or an organization to have one good small business lawyer Denver, Colorado has or a lawyer in Denver for contracts for example to spare a business from legal problems especially. For other users out there, careful when you buy a domain name, check it first to see how old it is, the owner and it's availability.
